I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to some fantastic restaurants in downtown Cancun. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided was delicious. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, with easy access to the bus terminal and taxis readily available.
